Extreme Brand Makeover

Well, if you haven't seen Meghan's social media then let us give you a little update on this fabulous new "lerk" we have here...

If there is one thing we are REEEAALLLY good at, it is meaning-making. So it will come as no surprise that the story of your extreme brand makeover is steeped in our ability to walk our talk. As you might remember, in November of last year, we launched this new collaborative brand, Embodied Leadership by Design. With starry eyes we looked to dive into corporate culture and leadership hoping to create impact in moving towards heart-centered leadership. We know that healthy cultures are made of healthy individuals who are honoring their true nature, design, and purpose and with our handy dandy toolbox of Human Design, Somatics, and Applied Neurosciences, we dove in head first.

BUTT...(pun intended, there is always a butt isn't there??), we soon found ourselves feeling frustrated, limited, and out of sync. As Meghan says, we "accidentally got too business-y and professional". We dimmed down our quirkiness, we got serious in an attempt to be successful. When we finally saw what was happening we stepped back and Laura said "how did we create a brand that wears a blazer?"

So we did the work we ask our clients to do every day. We got real with what we truly want, who we honestly serve, and what lights us up in our branding, our voice, and what we are doing in the world. And from that, this new brand voice was born. And, ironically, it is way closer to the brand of our original collaboration (and podcast, 2 Mystics & a Mic) from several years ago, which was always about bringing play and pleasure, fun, and of course a dollop of magic, to the world of deep personal growth, transformation, and embodied leadership.
